There is no contact form here on purpose. A form would mean taking what you type and storing it somewhere, and this site is built around storing nothing. An email leaves the choice of what to share with you.
Everything sent to that address gets read. A reply is not always possible, so if you write in about a fault on the site, say what you want to happen rather than waiting to be asked.

These are the things worth an email, and what to include with each.
A Test That Will Not Work
If a test does not go full screen, will not close, or shows the wrong thing, tell us your device, your browser and the page you were on. Those three lines are usually enough to find the problem.
Something on a Page Is Wrong
If a page says something inaccurate, please say so and point at the sentence. Corrections get made. Being wrong about screens is worse here than being slow.

If you came looking for a test that is not here, that is useful to know. It is the main way the list of tests grows.
Trouble With the Site Itself
Broken links, pages that will not load, text running off the edge of a phone screen. Small things, but they only get fixed if someone reports them.
What We Cannot Help With
It is fairer to say this up front than to leave an email unanswered.
We cannot diagnose your screen from a description. Nobody can tell you from an email whether a mark is a dead pixel, dust or a cracked panel. The tests on the site are built to answer that, and they will do it faster than we could.
We cannot deal with a manufacturer or a shop for you, and we cannot tell you whether your fault is covered. Those rules belong to whoever made or sold the screen, and they differ by model and by country.
We do not repair screens and we do not sell anything, so there is nothing to order and no service to book.
And we cannot promise that a stuck pixel will come back. The fixer on the site works sometimes. That is the honest answer, and no email will change it.
